Return Policy

Not happy with your purchase? Please let our customer support team know. We are more than happy to try and sort out any issues you may have.

We accept returns on all new and unused items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund minus shipping costs. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the consumer. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the amount refunded.

Return Limitations

If you purchased a wallet at full retail price (not part of a promotional sale), you’re eligible for a return within 90 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping. A 15% restocking fee will apply.

Wallets purchased during a promotional sale (including Buy One, Get One Free or any discounted pricing) are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Why no returns on discounted wallets? Offering deals like BOGO and up to 50% off lets more people try SIMPL and helps us keep prices low for everyone. To do that sustainably, we can only accept returns on full-price purchases.

Order Modifications or Cancellation

Due to high demand and our shipping processes, once an order has been submitted, we are not able to offer order modifications or cancellations. If you have concerns or submitted an incorrect address, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We are not responsible for orders submitted with an incorrect or incomplete address.

Damaged/Incorrect Orders

We try our best to ensure product quality and accuracy, but sometimes mistakes happen. If this happens to you, please take a clear photo of the item(s) and email it to us along with your order number. Once we receive and verify the issue, we will send a replacement right away.

Order Not Received

If your item hasn’t arrived within 21 days (28 days for international orders), please contact our support team and we’ll take care of you promptly.

Shipping times may vary, especially for countries like Canada, Australia, and the UK. We're actively working to improve delivery speeds worldwide.

Important: We cannot be responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping info. Return shipping costs for resending orders will be invoiced to the customer. We are also not responsible for failed deliveries due to the addressee not being home at the time of delivery.

Free Promo Products

We do not offer replacements or returns on any free promotional items.

Refunds/Cancellations

We do not accept cancellations once your order is placed. If you would like a refund, eligible merchandise must be returned.

Please note: There are no refunds or cancellations on custom-made or made-to-order items such as screen printed apparel and embroidered hats/beanies.

If your package is lost in transit or does not arrive at the shipping address provided, we will gladly work with you to locate your package or replace it.

Return items must be shipped with tracking. Email your tracking code, order number, and a description of the item(s) being returned to our support team.

Used, damaged, or incomplete returns may be subject to a deduction from the refund total. Return shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Chargeback Policy

Chargebacks hurt small businesses. If you place a chargeback without first contacting us, a $35 research fee will be assessed to your account if the chargeback is reversed in our favor. If you win the chargeback and have not returned the goods, we may pursue collections and report the unpaid amount to credit bureaus.

We log IP addresses and pursue all cases of fraud through proper legal channels.
